We value the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same from our users. If you believe that content accessible on or via our website violates your copyright, you can submit a written notification (DMCA Notice) to our Designated Copyright Agent: 

For the DMCA Notice to be effective, it must include: 

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are involved, a representative list of such works.
  2.  Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, along with information reasonably sufficient for us to locate the material. 
  3. Contact information of the complaining party, including address, telephone number, and email address.
  4.  A statement declare that the complaining party has a good expectation that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not permit by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. 
  5. A statement that the information provided in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly infringed. 

Upon receiving a DMCA Notice, we will take appropriate action as required by the DMCA. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content alleged to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others and to terminate the accounts of repeat infringers. 

If you believe that content has been wrongly removed from our website due to an improper DMCA Notice, you can submit a counter-notification to our Designated 

Copyright Agent. The counter-notification must include: 

  1. Recognition of the separate material and its previous location on the website. 
  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the user believes the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification. 
  3. The user’s physical or electronic signature. 

Upon receiving a counter-notification, we will provide the complaining party with a copy and inform them that we will restore the removed material or cease disabling access to it within ten (10) business days. We reserve the right to take this action unless our Designated Copyright Agent receives notice of legal action filed by the complaining party within fourteen (14) business days.
