A. Hotel Stay Terms & Conditions


1. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Standard Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
  • Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

2. Valid Identification

All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in. Foreign nationals must provide a valid Passport and Visa as per Government regulations.

3. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect other guests, staff members, and hotel property. Any inappropriate, illegal, abusive, or disruptive behavior may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.

4. Room Occupancy

Only registered guests are permitted to stay in the room. Additional occupants must be declared during check-in and may be subject to additional charges.

5. Damage to Hotel Property

Guests shall be responsible for any damage caused to hotel property, furniture, fixtures, electronics, linens, or other assets beyond normal wear and tear. The hotel reserves the right to recover the repair or replacement cost from the guest.

6. Key Card Policy

Each room is provided with an electronic key card for guest convenience and security.

  • In case of loss, damage, theft, or misplacement of the room key card, a replacement charge of ₹500 per key card shall be payable by the guest at the time of check-out.
  • The hotel reserves the right to deactivate lost key cards for security purposes.

7. Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms and designated non-smoking areas. A cleaning and restoration fee may be charged if evidence of smoking is found inside the room.

8. Prohibited Activities

Guests shall not engage in:

  • Illegal activities.
  • Possession or use of prohibited substances.
  • Disturbance to other guests.
  • Damage to hotel property.
  • Unauthorized commercial photography or filming within hotel premises.

9. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings during their stay. Tashree Hotels & Resorts shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guest belongings.

Any item found after check-out shall be recorded under the hotel’s Lost & Found policy. The hotel will make reasonable efforts to contact the guest regarding recovered items.

  • Lost & Found items will be stored for a maximum period of 15 days from the date of check-out.
  • After 15 days, the hotel shall not be responsible or liable for retaining, returning, or compensating for any unclaimed items.
  • Courier or shipping charges for returning lost items shall be borne by the guest

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation, modification, and refund requests shall be governed by the rate plan and booking conditions applicable at the time of reservation. Refund eligibility may vary depending on booking source and reservation type.

11. Force Majeure

The hotel shall not be liable for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, power failures, or other unforeseen events.

12. Right of Admission

Management reserves the right of admission and may refuse accommodation or remove any guest whose conduct is considered inappropriate, unlawful, or detrimental to the safety, comfort, or reputation of the hotel and its guests.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
